I have it set to a certain time to sleep and wake plus I put it in sleep mode each night. I am wearing the Fitbit 2 finger widths above my wrist bone as shown in the manual. I have only had a score 3/12 last nights.

Lately I am not getting a sleep score or data on the different parts of sleep (REM, deep sleep etc). I have had my Charge 4 since last December and used to get a sleep score 13/14 nights. but all of a sudden has not been able to give me detail for more than a week. Sure there was a day or 2 with gaps, this i understand. Says heart rate issue but if i go to heart rate graph there are no gaps.
